    Ingredients

    Gynostemma

Gynostemma may regulate metabolism, improve endurance, and support immune function. Known as “Southern Ginseng,” it is an adaptogenic herb rich in gypenosides—compounds believed to balance blood sugar, cholesterol, and oxidative stress. It’s often used in Eastern medicine to enhance vitality and longevity.

    Kauai Vanilla Bean

Kauaʻi-grown Vanilla planifolia brings a rich, grounding sweetness to herbal elixirs, both enhancing flavor and deepening the overall energetic signature of a formula. Cultivated in the volcanic soils and humid microclimates of the Hawaiian islands, this vanilla is especially aromatic and mineral-rich.

    Roselle Hibiscus

Hibiscus may help lower blood pressure and support heart and liver health. Traditionally consumed as a tart tea in tropical regions, its high vitamin C and antioxidant content may aid in inflammation reduction and cholesterol balance. Hibiscus is considered a gentle cardiovascular ally.

    Panax Ginseng

American Ginseng may support immune function, stress adaptation, and blood sugar regulation. Considered more cooling and yin-supportive than Asian ginseng, it’s often used to promote calm energy and mental clarity. Studies suggest it may enhance cognitive performance and improve insulin sensitivity over time.

    Schisandra

Hibiscus may help lower blood pressure and support heart and liver health. Traditionally consumed as a tart tea in tropical regions, its high vitamin C and antioxidant content may aid in inflammation reduction and cholesterol balance. Hibiscus is considered a gentle cardiovascular ally.

    Goji Berry

Rich in antioxidants and carotenoids, it has been used in Chinese medicine to nourish the blood and support longevity. Studies suggest it may enhance skin health, mood, and protect against oxidative stress.

    Rhodiola

Rhodiola may enhance mental stamina, reduce fatigue, and support stress resilience. Traditionally used in Siberia and Tibet, it’s a well-studied adaptogen known to regulate cortisol and support mitochondrial function. Rhodiola is often recommended for physical performance and burnout recovery.

    Chaga

Chaga may offer antioxidant protection and immune modulation. Found on birch trees in cold climates, it is rich in melanin, polysaccharides, and betulinic acid. Traditionally used in Russian and Siberian folk medicine, Chaga may help reduce oxidative stress, support gut health, and protect DNA.

    Ginkgo

Ginkgo may improve vein and eye health. Although not all studies agree, ginkgo may help treat dementia (including Alzheimer disease) and intermittent claudication, or poor circulation in the legs. It may also protect memory in older adults.

    Pine Pollen

Traditionally used in Taoist tonic herbalism, it contains naturally occurring phytoandrogens, antioxidants, and amino acids. Pine pollen is often used to restore vitality and support endocrine balance in both men and women.
